It's the other way around. Steam is the one without censor / mosaic since it's meant for overseas audience. Also it's English translated.
DLsite release was meant for Japanese audience, therefore there's censor/mosaic as accordance to their law. And it uses MTL since DLsite ver doesn't provide ENG translation.
If you bought the game on Steam, you'll need to download their patch to enable the sex scenes.
The Steam version link on the OP is prepatched, so it's uncensored with all the sex scenes from the get go.

Right that was what I wanted to say, but I confused censorship (lack of sexual content) with censorship using mosaics and pixels. But yeah, if you dont want to play a pretty boring vainilla date sim with some shady undertones, either go and download the patch or just download the version here with no censorship in any form, like I did.
