Those people are downloading a save file with options already set. If you play your own game and progress yourself that stuff won't appear.

Thank you for this update and please don't be discouraged by the haters they mostly don't pay for your game anyways , We the Silent Majority that are just thankful that you gave us this update for Free might i add that we LOVE This Update and By looking at the schedule of updates next i see your doing a GYM update and Nina and Karen are talking about the GYM will they have some scenes in the next update too ?
it's real femdom i guess, on the heavy part of it like most corruption scenes in the game, he becomes a slave to her, so she fuck him with a dildo, she prostitute him to an older woman to get money, anath also becomes a futa and fucks him in this update, the changelog says there is 2 scenes with her, but i only unlocked one until now, however ntr and femdom is only being added in these last few updates, most content is on normal route i guess, but there is quite a few femdom scene with natalie already.So, I'm new to this game and I read that there is some femdom with the girl Natalie. anyway i just want to bring dev attention to this topic but i premit that the game is top tier and i always loved it, i followed the project since version 0.1, anyway, i was actively trying with all my mental strenght (but im retarded) to find ntr scenes or to even find some character i never saw but with no positive outcome.
i deleted the appdata files for my second playtrough, no GU no old saves nothing but im retarded and i cant find the scenes.
also my first playtrough was dome with a brand new pc but i was retarded also then.
the only thing im humbly asking is some sort of detailed hints; since in case you missed it, im retarded. i think it would help all the retarded people like me out there.

so right now you need to set ntr to ntr optional after you start the game. also start from a new save this update. play almost all the content. eventually you will head home and sun will be home and if ntr is set to optional instead of on you will then be able to get a screen when sun shows up warning ablut ntr. then click ntr choices and sun should cum on Karen. if that doesn't happen restart from save where sun shows up and ntr options become available. next step is make sure the next day to go to school sum should show you a video. then spend some time before going home that day or it will bug out and try to start the next event in a way that locks ntr out. you have to go home that night and watch the video. then the next day head home in afternoon. again save and click ntr choices. if you did everything right you should be able to get 3 scenes from clicking the camera with the tripod the camera on the desk and the phone in suns room. bit buggy but that's how to do it.
to add on what jaggedlunch said, sun and his mother, the neighbours will only appear if you advance karen storyline too, one thing that i noticed is that in the evening there are events that trigger when you leave the house, for example if you go to class and go back home in the evening it will not necessarily trigger the event, you have to get in the home and leave again, once you leave the event start, i don't remember if this is the case with the neighbours but it's a good idea to try it once in a while.

I like the update. Still some bugs. What i don't really understand is why keep introduce new characters without to finish some incompleted story, like all the teachers, the principal, the secretary, the librarian etc... also a guide to follow will be very helpfull.
i didn't understand well what you were saying at the end, but guess you are asking how you know if you are on femdom path, you get on the path if i'm not mistaken on natalie storyline when you have to decide to take control or not when you are streaming with her, so if you are on femdom path after that, at night when she is watching tv you get to decide to smell armpit or feet, when you are not on femdom path you get other options there which will be options to dominate her instead.
