perfect example to try to do everything possible - but end up doing nothing right.
For vanilla players, this game is way to kinky, and for hardcore players it's way too vanilla.
I just wait for the days until developers accept that there is only one out of 2 ways - not both of them at once.

which basically are several tags excluding each other, makes me not even try this one - sorry.
PS:
Too many kinks doesn't make a game more interesting for some players, it more likely makes it more uninteresting for some. If you see too many tags you don't like, you most likely will not even try the game at all.
That might be true to some, but if you see a game with with some interesting tags and good pictures, wouldn't you in general try it?
If it's to hardcore or vanilla, then you select the paths you want to experience, or press skip.
I don't believe many tags to be an issue to the majority, perhaps a few players, but it'll of course be a slower development and longer game. I like many tags, due to that I then try the game and about all it's paths, if it's too few tags and doesn't include some of specific tags, then I can even drop super-good CG games, especially when it comes to vanilla, in short dull in my view. I might download the game and maybe start to play it, but after playing it for one turn, I might not start the next days to finish it or drops it entirely. I got a lot of downloaded games that I want to play, like most games that I have, but I'm always getting the addiction or interest to play it, so I later forgets it or remember it, but still go around and look for more games or VN/Books.
Few tags can make a consistent and shorter game, but then you would have to make a lot of different games for what you want to do and possible reuse the same environment and characters, which isn't always that attractive to some players who played the games before, while at the same time, might not catch player base large enough, in turn a larger games can create more revenue. See it as you jump between different sponsor-bases, but never reach the larger amount of sponsors that you need.
I believe that this game will go in a more darker tone in some paths, which it hints at a lot, but it takes time for them to be developed and the development for this game is slow.
Another good game is way of corruption, but the updates are slow so it was a complete different experience from playing it as relatively new and then not for half a year or a year, to get back to playing it every update. When I waited longer, the enjoyment was better as there was more content to play at once.
With many paths, it just goes way slower and a cure to that, is to not play at every update.
On another note, something which is negative is when developer adds gigantic women or just enlarge breasts or asses (happened in the last update), which often happens when the developer wants to spam content but got a limited set of tags or fantasy to use or is not comfortable to use certain tags. So just as you can get issues from many tags, you can get other issues with having too few tags.
So a lot depends on the developer in question.
If you're a large developer which is known to produce quality games and got a large customer base, then sure, going with few tags and that you have proven concept, might not be that hard (many do still screw up or just create lacking games). When you're somewhat new, you can be better of trying to do everything, to increase your base, later on you can more easily create games with few tags, based on what sponsors are interested in.
Some scenes and characters aren't good at all, some needs improvement, but that is something which exist in most games.
If you try to watch/play Nope Nope Nurses, then you'll mentally ask yourself, if the developers had no quality control and just lacked funds for a bit more strong and deeper scenes, some voices were just horrible and more possible IF endings.
If this game got some tags you like, then you should try it, but be prepared for a slow development.
