You can select in the phone if you want to see ntr or not. Select And after allowing it you still have to select the options with (ntr) written near it in order to see those scenes. If you still dont see the option in the Karen Sun scenes, then select Opt. for NTR in Phone before starting the event

Is there similar thing to the 'futa' scenes? It's kinda holding me back from trying the game, as some of the reviews said there is some of it unavoidable.
Yes. Also it asks you both questions at the beginning of the game you only need to be worried if you're loading an old save. The girls have alternative no dick scenes. There's one girl who might just not exist if you don't have futa enabled but either way it's optional. There has been at least one patch that was bugged and caused people to see stuff that was supposed to be optional which might be what the reviews were referring to but it's only happened to me the one time. As of the latest patch everything was working as far as I could tell.
there is a scene in an event in the school where people disappear, and the mc have to save 3 girls by fucking them, there is an option with one of the girls where you can fuck her in front of the teacher, or she will fuck the teacher while forcing the mc to watch, it's a small ntr scene that doesn't have much consequence since everyone forgets it after the event end, the rest is more preparation for future updates i guess, like with the succubus and jane.

Yeah i believe there is the same option for futa too in the phone. In worst case just hold down ctrl for like 15 seconds, the futa scenes are rare

These scenes you can only view after completing the story with ntr selected. After you are done and wake up in the morning in ninas house go upstairs and in suns room there youll find a camera, phone and one thing more you can click on. These are 3 scenes with karen and sun
