Nina route is locked behind story so u need to progress the game and the quest will begin automatically

How to progress with the main story?
I go to the shop it says meet Madhava(the red succubus) twice. I don't think mc has met her in my playthrough

Visit every location check for content for every character you must have missed something i don't know school or supermarket
Nina came to the neighborhood but after that I am stuck. Its so confusing. Also game is stuck in a loop where I show Sun video of Nina everytime
