Yes, their native language is Russian and honestly it doesn't bother me. At least they care and have translators because a lot of other Dev's don't have proofreaders and they use MTL. Not to mention those which English is a native English, their grammar is bad.
Well I am glad that there are more games added on this cheating genre. Else few developer had kinda monopoly when it comes to releasing timeline and blue balling audience for years as they await for those games update. Now that few more games are added, hopes from new game has increased of what they didn't get from other games.

This game looks way better than it has the right to, just concerned that such great visuals without a large team is going to lead to a very slow development process.

Maybe the dev is leveraging his AI skills to accelerate development. I am normally very skeptical of AI CG but with the latest update I must admit I am very impressed with the character consistency. And consider how much content has been added since the first release in merely 2 months. I will definitively be following this one.
They seem to be able to do one update a month

To me it looks like an "image-2-video" AI application (very different from the "text-2-image" or "text-2-video" AI which is produces the identical looking cutter stuff with low character consistency. In the Image-2-video you can upload an image from DAZ3 to a program and add your prompts, using the DAZ3 image as a starting point is what gives you the character consistency.
As to which software the Dev uses, I have no idea, maybe ComfyUI? Here is a
