It’s simply not implemented yet. Not many people dig into the game files and know that the art for smoking and drinking scenes is already done.

No they are not broken, she takes off her top, takes a pic and if you're she will come out butt naked. The next up date is for the first week of December it looks like.
Maybe it is better to support the Dev. with $ buck per month to be able to keep up with this game, this game is really well done.

It's capped in var.rpy with this piece of code:

if stat_name == "corruption":
if current_value < 50 and new_value > 49:
new_value = 49
print("Предупреждение: коррупция не может превысить 49.")
elif current_value >= 50 and new_value < 50:
new_value = 50

Problem is that if you keep playing after you reach the cap, you will lose all corruption progression, so when the cap is lifted you will have to replay everything to get the corruption increases again.

I doubt you would have to do that. If you did, you would almost certainly reach the next cap on corruption points, even further from the end of current content. It's clear having more than 49 corruption at this point in the game, serves no purpose, so you're not really losing anything.
