The actions in the house adjust stats which being so early in the game have not been shown what affect they have.

Well I played it and still laughed a little at it, that the author is too lazy to make a couple of new panties for the heroine, and the poor thing still walks around in these gray dirty panties and in these clothes, her husband takes all the money and does not let her buy herself anything new, she still walks around, you could make an update to this, new clothes, where she buys them online, and then guests come, and she meets them, and then she goes and changes clothes and goes out, you could make a T-shirt and skirts with sandals, and when she talks to the neighbor, she lies down with her on a sun lounger and lies and sunbathe with her and talk, but it was all so difficult and lazy for the author to do, he went and created 3 sets of clothes and that's it, you don't need to make more clothes for the character, and also a new T-shirt and shorts for her husband.

He actually has made other clothing and he just forgot to change it for the bbq. Was working and went with habit for that .

You're right, the bathroom scene was more than just a kiss. Emma even moaned and it was almost penetration and she would have liked it, even if she regretted it later.
