Yes, and this is very good for the development of the game. Emma's corruption should be slow. In the next updates, there might even be another kiss with Justin, it would be great! And their relationship should progress little by little until he manages to get Emma into bed. I hope Justin is the first one to get Emma to cheat on her husband. So far, the script makes us believe that yes, it will be him... But maybe I'm wrong.

I get it but then I might as well being playing a Lesson of Passion game or some other 10 year old AVN. I don't want to have to have a high enough "horny" score to see a scene. I don't want to have to "increase my stamina" to access certain H elements. I don't want to have to do chores and jump thru other time wasting churn. I just want a story with some meaningful decisions, some hot women and good storytelling, just like the first part of the AVN.
Look, this is just my opinion. I am not knocking anyone who likes these kinds of games. I think they are old school and silly but everyone likes different things and that is perfectly okay. For me, the thing that pisses me off is the old bait and switch. There are other AVNs out there that have done this where they start out like this one did and then once you start getting invested in it, the dev sneaks in the sandbox or free roam. I specifically filter out sandbox in my searches so it really ticks me off when it is a late addition.
Anyway, like I said previously, the dev is really talented and it is a really good corruption story (and there are not a lot of good ones out there), so I wish them well, but it's just not for me.
That’s actually a really good approach: “There’s something about the game I don’t like. Overall it’s not bad, but because of that element, I don’t want to play it.”
And the developer isn’t offended, because he probably understood from the start that not everyone would be happy with his decisions and it’s impossible to please everyone.
You’ve expressed your opinion in a respectful and constructive way—someone else might even find your perspective helpful when deciding whether to play. That’s what sets you apart from most unhappy players. That’s cool.
Compare that to someone like MovieMaker90, who writes all the nastiness he can and still comes back for the next update.
If there were more critics like you, games would probably be better—and developers would be much more open to discussion.

Thanks for that... I try to balance my obnoxious side (it does not always work) and remind myself this is a discussion forum and people should discuss things, not get angry at each other. Everyone has their own likes and dislikes and people should be okay with that, but in today's world, it is often "us vs. them" and it's too bad.
It's like pineapple on pizza; some people like pineapple on pizza, while other, more rational people recognize it as the abomination it is, but at the end of the day, it's just pizza. In this case, it's just an AVN.
I'm not sure what increasing the code means, but I'll assume you are talking about increasing the variable values. The easy answer is make choices that increase/decrease those stats. Very few of them have any actual use yet, so you aren't likely missing anything. If you are referring to things like the one event, taking a selfie in front of the bathroom mirror, yes you need certain stat (Corruption, I think) levels, but if I recall from looking at the code, there's virtually no in-game story/events around it yet.... so you are not missing anything. I haven't looked at the code recently, so I may be misremembering. Later as the story progresses more of the variables *should* have a use.
MC stats are inside a dictionary variable. 'fcs' is the dictionary that contains all the MC variables. So if you want to change Corruption using URM, then you'd search for the variable "fcs". Other game characters follow a similar fashion by first name. Amelia is a dictionary under 'amelia', Dylan under 'dylan', Justin under 'justin', and so on....

You can 'remember' variables within fcs, and you can give them whatever name you want... as you can see above in my example.
If you use the RenPy console, it's just standard python
fcs.corruption will show the value, and fcs.corruption = 23 will change it to whatever number you specify. For other characters, for example Justin, it'd be justin.corruptionCurrently changing them has little to no value, but will start to matter over time.

The approach with ai is pretty good, they generally make sex scenes more appealing while some more random ai scenes seem unmotivated.

There’s no information yet, but usually it comes out after the public release.
I won’t shy away from bold statements — if the game continues to evolve in this direction, it could very well become the greatest erotic game in history.

That's because it focuses more on eroticism in sexual relationships rather than porn. Pure porn is rarely realistic and good. Erotica gives a mysterious vibe which is tickling your imagination and you want to see more which is why it's better. Anticipation is everything and build up of romantic and sexual tension results in passionate sex. I prefer when FMC have chemistry with male characters.
