Because nintendoh is weird as fuck and obsess over weird things. IF you were familiar with "mario is missing" you'd know all about it as the builder (Ivan Adler) got DMCA'd by Nintendoh and is still going through his appeal.

it might still be there, I havent bothered to do the game+sexting mode since its buggy as fuck but yes, previous builds had a shortcut to the post game sex where you play as mario in an inconsistent rhythm fucker minigame.

Its been removed for further development. It was in Augusts 2.5 update, but removed in November 2.5. It will be reintroduced later I imagine.
