Edit: okay found out it's because of some idiots threatening drybone....WTF? this is why we can't have fun games it's because of idiots like the ones threatening/threatened drybone, also if it's international i think things like peach BPSS is covered by parody laws if you live in the following nations France, Australia, Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom they are literally as far as i can find the only nations with parody law...WTF is with that? I myself am a bit confused as well considering the patreon post said he would be able to continue unaffected. Only to then realize that the account I was donating to was no longer Drybonex? Hell the links to the game themselves are dead as well.

Once nintendrones find out about this game and bring the nintendo legal banhammer on drybonex, 60 bucks won't even pay for his taxi fare to the courts.

He risks getting sued, doxxed, losing his Patreon and god know what else. sure, there are alternatives like subscribestar or making a dummy game (kinda like what dr.bones did) but it's not worth it.

Nintendo legal team is lethal, so lethal in fact that even 4chan couldn't handle it.

The best thing he could do is just keep updating the game with the new skins since he's using models that could easily be switched, work on the different paths with lots of animations, then when it's fully done he unofficially release it with the peach/bowser/mario skins.

But then again let's not get our hopes up, drybonex is sometimes too ambitious (see his mario tower of torture WIP vs full release), so let's just be optimistic and wait for the next update.

There is an old live action Mario porno from the early 90's that was really hard to find for a while because Nintendo essentially bought the rights to the porno and proceeded to bury it for decades. I did once see a news article where they shut down a birthday party at a bar, because the guy was a pokemon fan, so there were pokemon decorations in the bar, and they were charging an entrance fee at the bar.
