I can't give a timeframe. It's probably going to be slower than my previous updates though.

I'm at the point where the VN splits into three different endings so there's three times more work involved.
I'm also looking to make the next update the final one and complete the story, so again, lots more work to do since it will probably be a bigger update than usual.

I don't want to release updates for one particular path at a time since that would just confuse people.
If they were to download it and not be on that particular path, there wouldn't be any updated material for them, so I'm working on all three endings simultaneously.

Finally, just to give myself even more work, I plan to add bonus scenes to show what was happening in some of the other rooms while you were playing.

I haven't given much thought to the next one. I try not to think about it so I can give this one my full attention until it's finished.

a bit of speculation and conspiracy. I think this is the work of a naughty grandmother who decided to give her grandson (that is, MC) his own personal incest harem. Ending02 and Ending03 should be a little shorter than Ending01, so hopefully, they shouldn't take too long to complete.
Coding and dialog are worked on during rendering, so there isn't any delay in that process.

Dude's a pro and he's delivering these updates faster than a team. I mean, don't get me wrong, depending on the ambition of his next project he may slow down but as someone following this game since 0.1 I feel like I can safely say you should bookmark this creator. The frustrating part is he doesn't accept payments. There are 1,000 creators I refuse to pay because of their shady shit but the one time I come across a legit dev he tells me no?
