Is the story of this game before the game Boy Hero Ken ~Haunted House Investigation~?

No, it's actually a stand-alone version made before HHI. It's not cannon to HHI.

The ending is the usual. Ken unaware while Millie and gramps carry on a hidden sexual relationship. Pretty boring so ill just summaries the plot for anyone who doesn't wanna bother with MTL

From what I can remember the plot is basically gramps pretending to be sick so he can have Millie attend to him while he sends Ken out to retrieve items to make a potion to recover Gramps but in reality they are like aphrodisiacs to make a cream so that he can have the drive to smash Millie and proceeds to fuck her and live together over a few days.
