Sure, this is also in reply to the other guy. I'm glad many of you liked the last post about my review. Anyways, I can provide some games but there is HUGE bias in my selections. After all, hentai/porn in general is extremely subjective.
I haven't played many NTR games recently, but this is mainly due to the fact that 95% of them are crap. The guy before saying that the genre gets dry is true. NTR gets boring eventually and that's why netori and all these other subgenres popped up. Only the ones with good artwork are worth playing and even using this as a shallow reason, the games usually don't delve into the NTR factor as deep as this thread's game. Additionally, NTR is not my favorite genre. I actually prefer shota/milf games and know way more about that genre. With that said, here's my list of games/circles that focus only on NTR in no particular order.
WARNING: Come at these with low expectations. The artwork is not that great on these games. If you have high expectations, you will ALWAYS be disappointed.

NTRPG2: A sprite ONLY game no CG that is 100% NTR and focuses only on NTR. This game was the start of the NTR industry and both defined and inspired so many devs/artists to begin making NTR games. You don't know what true NTR is until you play this. Majority of people here have played this, but I still recommend this game to newbie NTR people. I will reiterate again, this game is ONLY appreciated and reveled for its NTR. The sprites are decent at best, there's no cg/images, the sounds are TRASH, and there is no story variation. S+ for being an NTR game, D- for being a Hentai game.
Warning about this game^ it will mentally scar you without a doubt. The weak minded should not play this game, it truly leaves you in an emotional and negative mess.

Circle [Venus] games: Doujin/reading game. Any of the [Venus] circle games in particular are great AFTER this one. This one was the first one I played by Venus and that's how I became a fan of Venus. His games all follow a certain NTR formula and he executes his scenes very fluidly for an immersive experience. I will warn you though that all of his games have A VERY LONG INTRODUCTION (30 minutes to 1 hour reading fast, maybe 2-4 hours for slow readers). He really focuses on immersion in his games, so that is why I appreciate them very much. Additionally, his CG/scenes are amazing due to tons of variations. A- for being an NTR game, B+ for being a Hentai game.

Circle [Pick] games: Traditional hentai game. I do not recommend any games before this game. He truly made a name for himself by choosing this game and the ones after. This game is slightly similar to NTRPG but uses CG instead of sprites to display NTR scenes. It shares the same type of story but also has a VERY LONG INTRODUCTION. This game also focuses more on the corruption factor rather than NTR. However, NTR and corruption go hand in hand together very well so I still consider this a good game to recommend. His latest game is coming out at the end of the year and many folks are looking forward to it. These games also contain loli but they let you choose your route between a loli/milf. I do not like loli, but the NTR elements he chose in this game were excellent. Additionally, his CG is not very good. A for being an NTR game, C- for being a Hentai game.

Circle [Studio Pork] games: Netori doujin game. While this game doesn't really focus on the NTR factor, I just threw this in as a bonus because their CGs are S tier. Play this game because you fap to the pictures mainly. C- for being an NTR game, A+ for being a Hentai game.
I chose these games in particular because they are used as examples to devs for what to include in an NTR game, not as games to copy. They are older works but will age very well throughout time. Once you play these games and grasp what true NTR is, you will see how 95% of NTR games are trash. And that is because devs don't take the time/money/resources/manpower to create a compelling story. This is because NTR games require immersion, long introductions, and tons of variation in CG and paths. It is far more profitable for someone to make a short 5 minute game that just has S-tier artwork rather than try to cater to a small portion of the hentai demographics market.
