I think he believes there are loading screens in between scenes during the game. As in, an image like the one above appearing when loading a sex scene or changing perspectives from Millie to the main character.

Well tbf there are several Manga/art that explains who they are and this game is more of a continuation and prequel of sorts to those.

As far as I'm aware, there are no other works about these three aside from the 3 CG-sets and one manga made by this circle. Of these three, to my knowledge, only one set was ever translated, and it did just as poor of a job introducing the characters as the game did. As far as I know, the remaining untranslated works aren't much better.
Either way, as far as I'm aware, based on the descriptions, there's no direct continuity between any of these. They're just AU works in the same setting, using more or less the same characters, they're not part of a coherent story in any way. The main thing that seems to be consistent between them is the fact that Milly is a total slut that falls to dick in a matter of hours or a handful of days at most.
So eh...
To be fair, poorly established characters aren't always an absolute bad thing... but it's more of a problem in NTR focused works, because relationships matter as part of the context for the fetish.

Yea from what it looks like to me is while its the same characters, the stories are not connected. It's just AUs of the devs OCs.

No its more the Grandpa is the cause and effect it all. Also I think (not 100%) its a spoof/inspired off this authors work. Its why they are they way they are.

Millie only really fucks the grandpa and they are take place in alternate universes so technically her body and sex count are very low, dunno if that qualifies her as a "slut." Also, grandpa has this effect on EVERY girl so dunno if it's a them issue or a him issue.
Also, this author made some animated sex scenes, is he working on something or are they just one-offs? Been a LONG time since we've heard anything from this guy,

This games Author has been MIA for to long that the we can probably safely say we will get nothing else from him. As for the pixiv well maybe another 2 years we will get another chapter.

Well, the game can definitely be related to one of the CG stories if you had a look at the small, brief sights in the property that can be found here and there.
which for me is the face of the element of the CG
story is where Milly is a first girl, I don't know the name but you know it seemed obvious which one I mean since there isn't much.

I would not be so happy with that. It is known X is selling dormant accounts. It could be someone paid $50,000 to troll his fans. Giving false hopes. Until we see a official post on someplace like Ci-en then assume Sixth Flowerbed is still not active anymore.
