How do you tell a goon to get busy farming ?
How do you keep prisoners from dying ?
How do you increase loyalty ?
How do you build anything ?

Get to week 40 and get a game over.

afaik, right now all you can do is explore and pass time until you randomly get enough XP to level up.
Game has potential but right now it's pointless grind.

Thanks, will be fixed with next update.
About the tutorial, yes, i thought about that. I will put something together when i have a little spare time. I t won't be detailed, but enough to get you through the first couple of missions. That should be enough to figure out the rest i suppose.

where is the video pack
Since i want to go Patreon, i cannot add porn. However, an alpha tester promised to share his video pack and he promised to upload soon. I think it will be available within 24 hours.

Wait, achievements? It this some sort of roguish multiple tries game? I'm kinda not down for that.
In try to balance the game in a way, that it is possible to win the game with the first try. It won't be easy though and there will be different decisions that change the available missions.
Since i like games that aren't easy to win, some people on the other hand struggle with such games, i added achievements that will make it easier if you fail first time. In addition, it makes another playthrough more interesting.
There will also be an ultra hard mode which cannot be won without atleast a bunch of achievements for those who seek extreme challenges. It isn't fully developed yet, but it can be tested. All you need is Intelligence 5 and Stamina 1. It is low priority atm, since i have to do a lot of other things first.
In addition, many of the achievements will help you even during your first playthrough when you unlock them.

Needs an option to tell the goons who want to join you to eff off instead of joining you for a turn, eating your food, then buggering off because they don't like your leadership
I thought about that, but decided against it. It would be against the general concept of the game and it's gameflow. When you advance a little in the game, there will be possibilities to get rid of goons. In the first mission it doesn't matter when your goons flee, since those attached to your first company will stay loyal.

How do you tell a goon to get busy farming ?

How do you increase loyalty ?
How do you build anything ?

Get to week 40 and get a game over.
- A goon farms once he is attached as a farmer, either at the greenhouse (level 3 HQ) or at the farm. The production value depends on the number of farmers, the farms level, and the number of whores at the farm (and the fertiliser level, but research comes in mission 3 or 4).
- Prisoners stop dying when your prisons capacity is higher than the number of prisoners (but never when you don't have a prison at all). But even then, they will die once in a while. In short, there will always be some losses for your glorious cause.
- The easiest and fastest way to increase loyalty is to train prisoners, most effective to increase loyalty is Gangbang, since many goons have their fun. Later on, exploring will help too, since when your company is bigger and has better stats, you will find more girls and there will be better events that increase loyalty. But there are many other options like the "feast" for example.
- You need materials and then just click on the "brick arrow" under the building.

Have you increased stamina like it is suggested? I tried the first level at least 20 times without achievements, you should win when you just increase stamina. Maybe you really had bad luck if you did, but i definetly will check it out. Thank you.

XP gain isn't as randomly as it seems like. Under "Character", right next to Experience is a ?-button where i wrote how experience gain is determined.

I deliberately designed the first mission simple, since there are a lot of mechanics and interacting variables in the game. All you have to do is explore and level stamina to get to the second mission. Once you have 3 or even 4 stamina and your company is level 2 or 3, the mission starts are somewhat easier. And that should be at the beginning of level 2. Once your company is 4 or 5, you can harvest ridicolous amounts of food, gold, materials and so on compared to the beginning.
That being said, mission 2 is more interesting, since then you actually have to build something and start training.

Maybe it all will be more clear with the video pack. But the game can really be played at a fast pace, since you only have to make a few decisions and most stuff is automated.
But i have to admit, that i probably haven't taken into account that people who didn't make the game, don't know how easy it is, since they don't know the mechanics behind it. :D
I may make it a little easier to begin with.

Let's wait for the video pack and see what others have to say.

OK, so how do you attach goons to your first company ?

- A goon farms once he is attached as a farmer, either at the greenhouse (level 3 HQ) or at the farm.
Ok, how do you build either of those ?

- Prisoners stop dying when your prisons capacity is higher than the number of prisoners (but never when you don't have a prison at all).
I'm not certain this is true. I did eventually "find" a prison, so I can't say for sure if the deaths were before or after I got it.

- The easiest and fastest way to increase loyalty is to train prisoners, most effective to increase loyalty is Gangbang, since many goons have their fun.
Never got the opportunity to take that action.

Have you increased stamina like it is suggested?
That was my first "level up" purchase.

There's probably something that I'm supposed to be doing, but without direction, don't know I'm supposed to be doing.

Second playthrough. Figured out how to assign first five goons to "Gangbang Gang". Any goons beyond that desert immediately. Found a prison on week 14. Any prisoners escape immediately.
Discovered Farm on week 28. Can't seem to assign goons as farmers.
Week 32 upgraded farm to level 2, still can't assign goons as farmers.
EDIT: And now somehow on week 33 I can assign goons as farmers.
EDIT2: It seems the goons need to be with you at week start, you can't recruit them and assign them in the same week.
However, it still doesn't matter, because they desert immediately, as my loyalty is down to 2 with no discernable way to raise it.
EDIT3: It's a money issue, assigning a goon as a farmer takes 3 gold. (but they immediately desert me, so why bother ?)

Starting Third Playthough :
Failed to have a Level 5 Farm with 25 farmers. I got the farm alright, but the farmers keep deserting. If I managed to get a concubine or a farm whore, those would stay despite being told that I'd had escapes.
Now my leader's stats have been reset, and you expect me to start ALL over again ? I don't think so. I'm done for now until there's an update.

I'll keep an eye on this one, looks interesting. Probably won't download til it has video packs tho, I like my management games with a healthy serving of porn.

Yeah. As it is at the moment, the game is so obtuse to the point that it's unplayable. I can overlook the weird spelling errors, punctuations, missing spaces and all that. But the mechanics are so poorly explained/presented that it's impossible for someone who didn't build the game in the first place to wrap their heads around.
The only thing I've figured out is that training prisoners two or three times a turn will keep your fear floating at around 47~, which will prevent most escape attempts from existing prisoners.
No clue how to stabilize Loyalty, let alone stablize it before it gets so low it's impossible to retain non soldier goons for more then a single turn.

For all that though, I'll withhold any hugely negative comments. It is after all a beta and truthfully I wasn't expecting much, and it about matched my expectations.
