Gave the Android port a try. Seems very unintuitive, how exactly are we meant to use the interface? Every time I click the screen any opened tabs just close up. At present it's just not workable.

Loved Pyorgara's earlier games, but they do take a while to get made. How far along is this one in terms of the scenes having art rather than just being text?
Soldier girl is still my favourite waifu, she has a drip. And ive played A LOT
I liked this dev's older stuff especially soldier's life and news desk. How does this one hold up? Screens look bleak

The gameplay is actually kind of interesting once you get the hang of it, and the porn is fine.
The main loop (combat) is definitely much more complicated than the main loops in his previous games, and it took him quite a while to get it into a reasonably playable state. (He's been more focused on getting features added than balancing what he's got.) At this point it's definitely playable though.

If i click on the palace, the "round done" button appears, but then when I move the mouse to go click on it, it disappears, the small window with it does not stay.

If you right-click on the screen during the main game, you can get to an Index which explains lots of things including the skills. Sometimes that right-click just doesn't work, but later on in the game I find it working all the time and helpful.
Boost(X) modifies the strength of all troops on your side by X. In the case of Wild Scorcher it's actually negative, meaning it nerfs all the other monsters attacking you by being there. But it's Str 3 itself, which is really tough to beat, especially early on. Your options are pretty much:
1. use Hugar himself
2. a Fighter plus Julie on your side gets them tied at 3 so they roll their "Live" chance
3. a Knight - if you've recruited any yet - starts at 3, so they can roll Live or you can add Julie to push them to a win
4. use Takgore. His rushdown will knock them out of the fight regardless of their Str stat and he'll fight the next monster

OH MY GOD. Thank you so much for that. I always assumed it was applying a -1 penalty to my side, and the combat results never made a damned bit of sense to me.
TBC, the boost effect only applies to all other troops on the same side, right (like Julie)? Or does the scorcher modify itself by -1?

Only the other troops, Boost doesn't apply to the unit doing the Boost - you can see Julie herself is Str 1 in the listing and still Str 1 when deployed.
In fact, I think troops with Boost don't receive Boost even from other units with Boost - I've always seen Wild Scorchers at Str 3 even when there's more than one of them.

Odd question, but does anyone know why Pyorgara tends to include all the art assets from their previous games in each release? Unsure if it's an oversight somewhere or just some tasty bonus for us weirdos who's kink is asset extraction, but it's one of these things I keep forgetting & stumbling upon that I figured I'd finally ask.
And, to actually talk about this game now, I gotta say this one has some real promise. Liking the board game feel of it, and do enjoy the fact you start off on the back foot once the tutorial turns as it fits the premise of the game, yet it feels a little less hectic than the beginning of News Desk. That said, I'm probably going to hold off for a few updates as the balance of things seems like it's still being worked on. It's never fun when that strategy you've worked on is rendered moot by an update, and my table can only survive one more flipping-based incident (maybe two if I'm being gentle.)
