Idk about saikey but their tls are very hit or miss sometimes with cut content like what happens to this game (which haz a lot of cut content in comparison to the chatgpt tl and im not kidding) and sus localizations of some words.

As for otakuplan, a while back they made a twitter post saying that they were sorry but it seemed that the group that was doign localizations for them was actually using mtl and they abused on otakuplan good faith.

1. A list was made by someone else (its probably a couple pages before the message you quoted)
2. Its in the list
3. Because nowdays what matters is "localization companies" getting money out of poor saps who buy anything and are unable to do a little dlsite/forums search, by doing minimal work(the companies).
