Don't think I've seen this one in this thread, Giga Quest:
It's your typical HTML text RPG. You control 3 characters and depending on which stats you increase they experience a certain type of growth. Magic makes their breasts grow, but you can also increase endurance which makes them taller, strength which makes them more muscular, and dexterity which grows their legs, hips and ass. Max breast size is quite big, but it's a bit grindy to get there, though it fortunately has a debug mode. You unlock the password after finishing the story. The only images it has are of how the characters look initially, but I find the descriptions and character reactions to their growth really hot.
There's also Stumbling and Fumbling which I haven't played yet but apparently it's inspired by Giga Quest and has BE:

If we're gonna add Giga Quest, we might as well add Summer Growth:
"In Summer Growth, you guide your character through a summer filled with strange happenings and growth, as she tries to find the creator of the experiment she accidentally drank. As time passes, she will have to manage her rate of growth and adapt to everyday life as she does so."
You have a mirror to check your physical progress and a fair amount of text to immerse yourself in, All the physical changes are optional, but contain: FMG, BE, AE, GTS, Futa, Lactation, Fattening and even Tongue and Lips growth.

This is a fairly decent game. It has several fetishes, as mentioned. It has a simple system for earning money, shops, managing clothes (as your characters body changes) and buying useful stuff. I haven't fully explored the game yet, but you can buy "potions" with the money you earn, each potion having a variety of effects which transforms the female character.
And best of all, that mirror will show a picture of your character with any changes she undergoes.

Trap Quest has BE EVERYWHERE - Some cursed clothing/toys/food/drinks will cause it, losing fights with specific enemies, breathing a certain type of gas, even as the result of lactation (if enabled).
The list is about as big as you can make them, too.

The problem with Trap Quest is that it's a game designed for you to NOT have things you want happen. The game's primary fetish is non-consensual TG to become female and/or MORE female so breast expansion is inevitable at least, but you'll get all kinds of other stuff happening to you whether you like it or not, and the game rewards you for activating more fetishes, so if you're looking for any one specific fetish, it gets watered down.
