The BE is unwanted for at least some of the girls in White Russian. I suppose technically it's a VN rather than a game, but it's very good (unless you are turned off by lactation, which is a central element). Oh, and I should mention that there's been little or no sex so far. The focus is on the BE and the lactation.

For me, it's the only game (avn) that hits the mark for me. Most of the suggestions here have BE as an additional feature rather than the game being built around it or at least from the ones I glanced through. Kinda would like to see more games and VNs like that. But that's just me

Considering Superhuman - there is a whopping one scene with breast expansion, and it's not really a focus of that scene, and it's an optional scene to boot. There is technically two other scenes, one certain, and one optional scene where someone's tits grow, but it's more genderbending than straight breasts expansion in both cases. So, if you want to try superhuman for BE content alone, there's next to nothing there.
Kiara and Mirai are my favorites from WR. Nylah and Jade are up and coming favorites from Project Realism.
Having finished the most recent BE Witches Demo, easily has to be Nightmare. On top of being sexy even before the VERY generous growth from augmentation, she's also just so fucking autistic and I need her both romantically and carnally.
