most likely from steamunlocked if you really want it. Theres not an ounce of breast embiggening but it is a nice mystery dungeon like game
Just FYI: Steamunlocked had some cases of distributing files containing malware, so definitely scan anything you download from there, just to be safe.
From having kinda tried to help with the uncensoring effort for that game (I never personally got to play whatever half working result there was at the time), I am quite certain all characters had different sprites for some amount of different sizes, and CGs where they had bigger boobs? Tbf I don't remember fully, I think some of it was fanmade.
Favorite BE characters :
Honoka from Growth Academy - The game makes a good attempt at talking about her struggles, even if she does enjoy it. The teasing is pretty fun too.
Alex in Cabin by the Lake - not much of a BE game, but she does get some, and her character is just very interesting.
Mentioning any more would just be saying which games I like, or re-iterating what others have said. All characters in White Russian, Hypnosis and Cabin by the Lake are awesome, and if I was to mention the MC from Defenestration, it'd be more of a praise of the game and art, than the character herself.

try search omega labyrinth life. 1 time i download this version on PC. And... i dissapoint it. BE content only few seconds flash. You can look them all in YouTube. And in game small chibi character with some bigger avatar. Really big CHest you never will see because it spend on Ultimate skill and defleate. so you do 90% in small sizes. last part see +- not bad. and then ends lvl in dungeon. and they gets standart sizes.

This has been interesting to use instead of downloading and executing stuff locally. The transformation tag has BE stuff in it too. Not all games run great and unless you are playing in a non-private window, most saves will need to be downloaded, or will outright be erased. Just don't get overly invested in something, especially grindy JRPGs, that you will lose progress to.
Oh, best part, the Ren'Py games/VNs have already been read, so the skip feature is really useful. Less drudgery.
As a side note to the BE game discussion/reminiscing, it seems like the BE fetish peaked years ago. Any body modification has taken some other turn, notably futa, MtF, muscle gain, and weight gain. Stuff that is pretty much hard turn offs for me, especially in the extremes. So, I feel those complaining about the drought. I find this thread is more about supporting a fetish F95 perpetually decides it doesn't want to recognize as its own genre and tag. It is pretty easy to scroll past what is clearly text discussion if you don't wish to engage, just don't criticize like minded people from discussing things in what is the largest venue for the BE genre on the site.
