You can show how the folder should look, or the video should be done how to put it all?
It's pretty simple: Unpack Unity Mod Manager anywhere (except to the Breed Laboratory folder) and copy the UnityModManager.BreedLab.xml file into the same folder you unpacked UMM into like this:
UMM-Config.png

Run the UnityModManager from that same folder, select the game from the drop down, and then select the main folder for the game, so it looks something like this:
UMM-Install.png

Click the install button and it should install. From there, you can click on the Mods tab and drag the zip files for the mods onto there to install them, but that should be self-explanatory. You do not need to extract the zip files yourself.

Is the corruption ending broken for others too? Any way to see it? Just shows a screen with all the UI elements and the tunnel.

This is caused by having multiple ending flags being set at the same time, usually because you saw one ending and then reloaded a save game without fully restarting the game. There are a lot of places in act 4 where flags are not properly reset when loading a save file. This is one of the bugs I fixed in my bug fix mod.

In act 2, I went right to the dorms area before doing anything else and I can't leave, it tells me I need to explore the area more but I've checked all the doors and none of them open. There's "storage", two "mensa" doors, a door in a dark alleyway, 5 open dorm rooms with one of them full of a mysterious white fluid, a 6th one that won't open, and near those doors there's another that also will not open. Have I gotten myself stuck?

You can open the cell with the little girl inside. (the room with 3 cells)
Talk with her and receive the key.

You have to charge the struggle bar by holding "space", then releasing. The amoung of struggle needed depends on enemy type. Struggle is refilled by stamina, and due to submission stamina itself could be lowered, so you have to be careful.

there's literally a readme file in the game directory AND CONTROLS ON THE PAUSE SCREEN, and both tell you to hold the spacebar to struggle. How did you manage to miss that?

Well... the struggle mechanism in this game is kinda hard to do.

You need to hold the space key for a while, then release the button, and repeat the process until you're free. You need to determine how long to hold based on how much "struggle damage" you've dealt to the enemy with the first struggle. Watch the HP gauge on top left, as it also acts as the maximum amount of "struggle power" you can deal to the enemy. Struggle too much but fail to break free will result in losing.

Most of the time, this will only work against a single enemy, as there's no post-struggle invincibility, so if there are multiple enemies, you will be mounted again instantly.

that would certainly explain why i could never get it to work... i think at most i could just about max out and escape from the wolf creatures in act 4 but i could never quite figure it out for anything else as they'd always be able to finish before i could get free. id assume letting go at certain intervals is important for escaping then?

sort of
you want to charge up enough oomph to kick them off in one go, but not so much that you run out. you need 10 to stand. getting stuck on the ground for a while can find you remounted...
