There were two things I wanted to improve, so I did:
1) the option to increase the chance of multiple pregnancies didn't seem to change much
2) in a game catering to the breeding fetish, there's actually an option to
decrease (!) the chance of accidental impregnation
As for 1) maybe the goal was to stay realistic, but come on. This is a game where beautiful pornstars come to your home wanting to be fucked and knocked up by you. Instead of realism, I think we should prioritize fetishism!
And as for 2) I am vaguely aware the idea could be "the game becomes easier if the girls give more scientific points when fucked, which they do when they aren't preggers"... but for one, this is a game catering to the breeding fetish, and two, the game is trivially easy** either way! Accidental impregnation is hot and should be encouraged!
So, as I said, I manually fixed both of these... perhaps not bugs, but things:
Step 1.
Make a backup copy of the "Breeders Haven - Reconception.html" file in case something goes wrong.
Step 2.
Open the file in your favorite text editor
Step 3.
Do a text search for the string "[[Birth Control" (without the quotes). You should arrive at line 10826 (or thereabouts).
On this line find $accipreg_chance and change
to
Note how we didn't just change the number. We also change the minus sign before the equals sign to a plus sign.
You might also want to change the text. I simply changed "Decreases" to "Increases" but you might want to reinvent the entire menu option. Perhaps to something like this:

In plain English: instead of decreasing the risk of accidental impregnation while you have casual sex by 3 percentage units, you instead increase the chance of accidental impregnation by 10 percentage units. (It starts at 20% and you can now increase this to 60% in total)
Step 4.
Just a couple of lines below, boost the Fertility Treatments option like this:

In plain English: Instead of increasing the chance of birthing twins by 10 parts per thousand, we increase it by 100. And instead of decreasing* the chance of triplets by 10 parts per thousand, we increase it by 50. (These values start at 15 and 2 - meaning 1.5% and 0.2%, respectively, and the player can now change them to 415 and 202. The result is meaningful change, since now every girl will have a 41.5% chance of giving birth to twins, a 20.2% chance of triplets, and thus reducing the probability of a single child to 38.3%.
While the game does basically nothing with this (except pay out more money) it's still hotter to read a list of ten girls birthing twenty-something babies, making our enterprise a proper breeding factory
Step 5
There are four categories of developments in the game, and so far we have only fixed Science.
So scroll down just a bit and repeat your tweaks for Economy, Culture and Recreation, making up three more ways to make sex more unsafe, respectively. That's six more lines for 8 in total.
Step 6.
Save and Exit.
Step 66.
Start a new game. These edits won't change actions already taken in existing saves.
PS. If anyone (including the game creator) wants to incorporate any or all of this into a new .html file, go right ahead!
*) Yes, you read that correctly. This actually fixes a bug in the game code. The developer clearly intended to increase the probability of triples, but because the code takes twins from "the bottom" and triples from "the top", you need to decrease the value of $trip_chance in order to make triples more likely.
**) Start by bumping up the XP gain five or six times. Then add more girls and increase your Stamina past 20. After that you simply can't fail.
