Honestly, the fact that the Science division only has 19 people while all the others have 20 is extremely unsatisfying. Even just a small update to add 1 more girl into that section would be great.
Of course, I'd love to see the game updated with more stuff, since the gameplay gets kind of repetitive and is easy to get through, but it's overall a very good game.

There is 20 in the Science division. What version are you using "4-17-18" is a HTML Update only, and has a similar file name.
You need both the "4-7-2018" full download and the "4-17-18 Update only". The "4-17-18 Update only" file name has an "_" instead of a "space" in one spot.
I have played many times with no trouble getting all 80.
I do not know what to say. I downloaded both versions and i can get all "80". Did you start a new game. Or is it an older save. I do play on Mozilla Firefox, but i do not know of that would have an effect or not.
The only other thing i can think if is for someone to upload there save and i can see if it works on my end. But all i could do is load your save and look and see if it is something in the save, if it does not work. or on your end if it works.

This is based on if you have Android, I'm not sure if you can do the same on Apple products.
First, make sure you have double the amount of free space required to download the zip or rar file. This is because you need to extract the file, which will make another folder of an equal or greater size. Make sure you know the folder that the files are stored in.
This next step depends on what kind of phone you have. A recent Android update makes it so Chrome can't access all your files, so if that's the case, this next step won't work.
Open chrome and type "file:///sdcard" (without the quotes), then navigate to the folder you extracted the game files into. Then find the file that ends with .html. click that, and you should be good to go.
However, if that doesn't work, I suggest downloading "JoiPlay" on the Google Play store. Once you do, open it, give the app the necessary permissions, and click the plus button towards the bottom of the screen. Type in the game name, then, in the executable file section, click "choose" and navigate to where the html file is located. Click that, then click "ADD". The game will be added to the main page of the app. Just click the icon for the game, and you should be good to go.

I think it would help a lot if you put screenshots from the actual game in the screenshots section, rather than just a few headshots of the models that tell me nothing about the game itself.

That was a fun movie thou not as explicit as this game. I remember watching it on Soviet TV, it would have been weird if that degree of explicitness would have crawled there.
Is there an "end game" or a win condition? Im up to about 480 kids with all tech points maxed but im not sure how to end the game.
Additionally, Ive noticed that it seems some of the upgrades seem to disappear after theyve been available for purchase for a turn (was unable to purchase them at the time due to funds). Is there some trigger I'm missing to cause them to repopulate once I have the money for them?

There were two things I wanted to improve, so I did:
1) the option to increase the chance of multiple pregnancies didn't seem to change much
2) in a game catering to the breeding fetish, there's actually an option to decrease (!) the chance of accidental impregnation
As for 1) maybe the goal was to stay realistic, but come on. This is a game where beautiful pornstars come to your home wanting to be fucked and knocked up by you. Instead of realism, I think we should prioritize fetishism!
And as for 2) I am vaguely aware the idea could be "the game becomes easier if the girls give more scientific points when fucked, which they do when they aren't preggers"... but for one, this is a game catering to the breeding fetish, and two, the game is trivially easy** either way! Accidental impregnation is hot and should be encouraged!
So, as I said, I manually fixed both of these... perhaps not bugs, but things:

Make a backup copy of the "Breeders Haven - Reconception.html" file in case something goes wrong.

Do a text search for the string "[[Birth Control" (without the quotes). You should arrive at line 10826 (or thereabouts).
On this line find $accipreg_chance and change

Note how we didn't just change the number. We also change the minus sign before the equals sign to a plus sign.
You might also want to change the text. I simply changed "Decreases" to "Increases" but you might want to reinvent the entire menu option. Perhaps to something like this:
(Baby oil dissolves latex making condoms less safe)
In plain English: instead of decreasing the risk of accidental impregnation while you have casual sex by 3 percentage units, you instead increase the chance of accidental impregnation by 10 percentage units. (It starts at 20% and you can now increase this to 60% in total)
Step 4.
Just a couple of lines below, boost the Fertility Treatments option like this:
In plain English: Instead of increasing the chance of birthing twins by 10 parts per thousand, we increase it by 100. And instead of decreasing* the chance of triplets by 10 parts per thousand, we increase it by 50. (These values start at 15 and 2 - meaning 1.5% and 0.2%, respectively, and the player can now change them to 415 and 202. The result is meaningful change, since now every girl will have a 41.5% chance of giving birth to twins, a 20.2% chance of triplets, and thus reducing the probability of a single child to 38.3%.
While the game does basically nothing with this (except pay out more money) it's still hotter to read a list of ten girls birthing twenty-something babies, making our enterprise a proper breeding factory

Maybe I should clarify I'm not the developer. I'm just a fan with a passing knowledge of javascript programming.

My suggestion: likely you've just made a typing error and you won't make the same mistake twice, so simply start over and try again.Either that or wait until the actual dev comes along. Perhaps they will see my post and tweak the official code?

This is a really good base game... Would be a great one for modders to take of on...Could you imagine favorite girl dynamics, date dynamics and scenes, jealousy events, rival breeders events, maybe rival breeder NTR and how you deal with it, ability to add girls, ability to visit some of these facilities you build (maybe girls work there, sex scenes??)...When the base game is so good and the variables are present I feel that this one could be even better. This could be a replay monster
