Does anyone know how hard it would be to mod this? I think it would be fun to make some bondage themed items and animations but I have no idea how to add them to the game.

better do it after the full release/when the game is completed. There would be no use modding now since the way i see it, if i understand correctly, the files get updated constantly so even if you mod it, it would render the mod useless on the next update, not unless you keep updating the mod as well. It's like playing space engineers where you have to update your mod after every update of the game. it's ridiculous really
Can we get a way to add traits to our breeder, or does someone have a save file that's been edited to give the breeder all the reasonable traits, minus the fat trait.

Traits for the breeder are planned I think, but it will be minimal if I recall the convo. Aside from that, there is a way to edit traits including with the breeder that is discussed off and on. If you look back a page or two you will find information on it. That's also a good strategy when searching for information because you will find it much faster if it is there. You can always ask and wait if you can't find anything. But if you aren't even willing to look then others are usually much less likely to help.
Also, there is a search feature usually found in every online forum. Search is your friend.

This might be a game changer for some people but I just found out Futa on Male aswell as Male on Male is actually possible in game. Im still testing around with the edits to see how far I can go with this. If your interested I'll post more details about it

I can say that, even a completely straight guy, having (optional) gay content in porn games is always a smart move simply because it expands your customer base (i.e. Patreon donations). Besides, gay guys tend to have more money, so... like it or not, it's just good business sense to have it in there.
