The gate only unlocks after you pull the lever, did you pull the lever? Refer to this post if stuck. It's not worth the trouble right now anyway, I'd just wait for the next update that will either remove this quest entirely or add cheats to bypass it.

Oh come on, the starter quest takes just a few minutes once you know what to do. Using the walkthrough that I found right here in this thread, I completed it without any problems. (Then I found out the slime in the dungeon does not want to make sloppy love anymore... felt bad for her.)

Yes that's by design, as the dev is not really into creating male characters. Currently, only 6 races out of 34 (including hybrids) have males.
If you play a female character, you might need to enable the futa option in order to have surprise sex outdoors.

Theres a starting quest now? i too haven't downloaded an update in a few months.

I mean the game is pretty bare bone so i wouldn't mind some actual story elements or other gameplay mechanics, I know that isn't everyone's thing but.

This is the thing "once you know what to do", that quest design is awful, because players shouldn't have to look for a guide/walkthrough for a quest. Just think this, you're playing games, and you have to find a guide for strarter quest. Just imagine you're looking for a guide for every game? Would you accept this? Nobody accept this. And especially, this is a porn game. Not a lovecraftian puzzle game. If i want to solve puzzle, i can play lovecraft games, not this.

6. Fuck slime 2 times. Take the orb.
7. Go back to your house. If u stand near that purple chick and if u look left u will see some big magic tree. Go there and look some monument w/e place orb there.
8. And now go to that floating stones. Those stones should be glowing and there should be some monster that u can fuck.

I have same problem but after i close this communicate game runs just fine, i think it has to do with some libraries that author of this game use to test things out but normal users don't have them installed, (I am sorry for my bad English, it's not my first language and being an idiot if i guessed it wrong).

I play a few patches ago and just started getting back into it. One thing that I notice right away a lot of the different color Bovaur / Cow Girls are not there for me. The one missing for me from the wiki our Galatea, Halloween, JeanneCorrupted (My Favorite), LuckyS, MntChiciChip, Mocha, NinthCircle and Underworld. I'm also Having trouble trying to bread two Bovaur together, I keep trying to bread a Black and White cow/ MilkyWhite with another one but I keep getting MilkyGold/Blond Cow instead and if I try to bread with a different color or creature I keep geting the other one color or MilkyGold/Blond again and it really frustrating trying bread a Buxum,Busty,Hung MilkyWhite/Black and White cow. So the main thing i want know is if the different color cow suppose be gone and if any one else having trouble breading MilkyWhite/Black and White cows???

I'm not opposed to progression in this game but stripping away all gameplay (never a good plan to lock away previously available stuff to begin with but often inevitable with projects in development) and locking it behind an obtuse vaguely worded quest is the wrong way to go about it. Now the main reason people play this game is hidden away leaving players aimless in a fairly empty map. A pretty one but empty. The only defense I have for the quest is that you can ask the townsfolk about the dungeon and one of them does specifically mention a lever, which is decent design. (Though it still takes a whole lot of ambling about to find it)

Instead of stripping away gameplay features add them. Make some areas inaccessible unless you have the right spirit form or a creature with the right traits, this also encourages to go out and catch more. For instance the cave to the demon area is blocked by rocks. Solution you need a titan (or other strong creature) spirit form/nephlyhem to remove the rocks. Or perhaps if you have a small spirit form like a goblin (and if spirit forms adjusted for size) you can get trough a small gap in the rocks.

Perhaps you need something with the strong trait to even try to tame large creatures.

Give advantages to certain spirit forms. Neko/foxen are faster. Winged creatures don't take fall damage (or perhaps can fly but it's understandable if he wants to avoid that one). Whatever the shark creatures are called swim faster and can breathe under water. Small creatures like the goblins can fit in small gaps. Demons and dragons are immune to lava. Crossbreeds have a combination of these bonuses. With all this you can more naturally and gradually unlock more of the world and more creatures.

This is, of course, much more work. But if he's gonna lock stuff away, lock it behind something that works logical, not some arbitrary run around quest. This starting quest can perhaps be used to unlock the slime nephelym.

That's gonna make this a Metroidvania. WHICH I'LL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO SEE, THOUGH!
Also, needing certain forms to solve puzzles might lead to giving protag the ability to transform whenever needed, or refill the lust bar anytime (instead of merely via sleeping and surprise sex). But then again, I'll be much more than happy to see the last idea come true.

Damnit, before adding absolutely useless quest, why not fix and polish first already existing things? Btw animations. Why characters have absolutely useless fingers in animations? In some case, especially animations with size difference those t-posed fingers looks ugly and super-strange. for so many versions one could fix at least this.

Thanks For the info and ill say my luck is bad, 4 Hours of Breading and not one that is Black and White. I feel that the they should sepreate the breeding tags next patch so you don't get this lul.

Old versions character presets can be copied to the new version. You can find them in the Radiant / CharacterPresets folder
