any idea on how i can use the cheat codes in this version of the game, they say to use the (~) key, but it doesn't do nothing . . . my build version is 0.761.2, can some one help me?

Depending on the keyboard you use you might want to manually reasign that keybing. Some devs like Derelict don't aknowledge that when you assign certain functions to keys like the tilde ones they work without issues on their regional keyboards but then another user in another country would have trouble simply cause their keyboards have those keys distributed differently.
In the US based keyboards for example, the key under the ESC one is "`" but mine that is Spanish European based is the "º" key. That alone can create by default a lot of issues.

open the settings with esc, go to key binding, locate the one call "console" and set yourself the binding key to cheat, I picked 0 and it work fine, even if I'm not on the latest version

yes the tool still work, but I don't have the latest version of the game, so I don't know if it work for that versionBut do the tools still work?
Tool works in curent build.I'm uploading an updated version of my save editor. I didn't specify versioning before, so let's say the first upload was version 0.10a and this one is version 0.10b

That's right, the game actually allows you to play as any character/Nephelym you have on the rooster. The character is hardcoded to be of normal/medium size when roaming around, though. Also, you might run into issues if you play as a non-medium sized character and interact using wild sex. So it's recommended to keep the Nephelym as medium sized while you're using it as main character.

The BotN Tools editor has been updated to be compatible with game version 0.761. The author warned that he did not test it enough due to lack of time, there may be bugs. Make a backup of your save files before making changes.

This is a save file editor. Previously, this program was called Radiant Save Editor, a later version BotN Tools 0.9.1 has been floating around the forum for a long time and is quite popular.
Description of its functionality in Russian (translate it yourself, Google will help, It will take a couple of seconds ):
P.S. Not being a native English speaker, I cannot vouch for the correctness of the translation. Moreover, not everyone needs a description in English, and each new translation will produce errors and inaccuracies.

Well shit, I was so close to collecting all the different types and was working on the Pride quest and my game save bugged out trying to load it up and now it's just a blank spot on the load screen. So frustrating xD. Might come back and try again another time in the future cause it's still pretty fun for what it is.

I have been following this game for a long time and what DH has been doing can be summed up as:
10 Release a playable demo
20 Get a bunch of bug reports and suggestions
30 Ignore them and release an update which adds more grind while wiping saves
40 If people aren't too pissed GOTO 20 else GOTO 50
50 CHOOSE_ANY_OF("Release an actual update that fixes something", "Start work on new engine / mechanics / whatever new fad and promise it's the best since sliced bread", "Cry about personal issues")
60 CHOOSE_ANY_OF("Wait for people to chill out", "Announce scraping of whatever new thing he was working on and resuming work on the main stuff", "Cry about real life issues")
70 GOTO 30
All the while milking the Patreons while not delivering anything substantial for at least last 3-4 years.

This game is dead because apparently the one in charge of modelling and animating quit, so it's just Derelict (the programmer) coming up with bullshit minor patches and coding changes til people stop giving him money.
