Why do the Japanese do this? What's the point in 'redacting' the last two digits?
I get it if it's something like 'An 1X year old is sucky my dicky!?', but this is just pointless.
Probably so that they can add or remove a few girls during the development process without worrying about changing their advertisements.

There's no option for this. The only thing you can do is press on the text box so it appears instantly.
You can't meet side girls directly, like the 3 heroines. You can only see them in the fuck scenes. You can choose which side girl to creampie in the sex list/menu, the name will be written in the bottom right corner.
This game uses Clickteam Fusion game engine. It's not common and I didn't find a way to cheat, because it would involve learning the engine in more depth. I'm not gonna do this, but I'm not stopping others from trying.
