Once a few more updates come out with more content, and since this game has an extra version, which is not here yet, and adds extra sex scenes and positions, and MILFs of Sunville has it, I'm guessing yes.

I can't remember if MILF's of Sunville has them or not, so unsure off the top of my head.
Right now, you can only repeat peeping at the water park and going to the brothel. Milfs of Sunville had Becky at the mall and Carrie. So there is some, just don't expect a lot.
