I tried to approach it more realistically where you still need corruption to make that "status" people get involved with you sexually. I mentioned in the story multiple times that the girls don't like it until they start liking it but might be just a bad execution.

The thing is that, right now, there is no love whatsoever. Maybe the girls are starting to like it, but only after a deep mind-control. So, as a matter of fact, the girls don't truly love the MC. Maybe your intent was different and the execution is misleading but, for example, in my playthrough the corruption points are zero, and even in this way, all the girls are getting mind-controlled, so what is the point of corruption/love if either way the girls don't fall in love with the MC on their own free will?

Well, right now there is no reward, because, as I said, either way there is no genuine love. It is your story, so make it as you see fit. Personally, even though I love the renders and I find the story intriguing, if there is no genune love, it is not really my thing.
Reward is different animations I don't know what you expect more of it. But yeah love routes is not good in this game
Let me answer you with an example: If you choose to not get corrupted (so corruption points = 0), the mind control over the girls in order to fuck them should be totally absent, instead, they should choose on their own free will to fuck you because they are falling in love with you, and by doing that, the Bright Lord should gain even more power because true love is stronger than mere lust.
Like there is a scene with Emily's love route where she comes and has sex with MC. No powers involved. It was love route scene. Did you somehow miss it?

I didn't miss it, but previously the MC used his powers with her (at her home), and by doing it, the mind control is already there, the seed is already planted. And also the MC brings her home just to use her as a sex toy to keep the Bright Lord happy...... where is the love here? Maybe we have totally different views on what is a love route. To me, a love route means treating the love interests as princesses.
