I'm Stuck at the start with Ruby, too. Had the threesome, but Ionly could buy the tennis dress, but not the racket (the inventory of sports hero is empty). Therefore cannot play tennis with them :-(
If you share your save at the point where you are stuck, I can try to figure out what the next step should be
Have you been on a date with Ruby? You cant play tennis with them until you have a good realationship with Ruby..
I've hit a couple roadblocks too.
On the Barbara/camgirl line I've gotten to the point of having the basement and doing webshows, but the quest says "buy revealing outfit and mask" even though I've done that long ago.
I also can't progress with Ruby. It just says "see how things play out" and I've done the date with her by calling her already.

This is a known bug of the quest log. But as workaround you can go into your room, wear the revealing outfit (aka "Outfit for special occasions" - see screenshot)

Mhhh... I think you're confusing yourself with another playthrough of yours, because in the one in the save you shared you cannot have called Ruby for a date, because you don't have Ruby's number in your contact list (see screenshot).

So, you still need "to make friend with Ruby", as the error message warns you if you try to choose the grayed-out "How about one more game?" dialogue option

To "make friend with Ruby" you have to have the (second) threesome with Valery and Ruby.
To have such a threesome you have to own at least two bottles of wine (and you own more than two in your save), go to Valerie's room on a Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday at 18:00 to 18:59 or from 20:00 to 22:59, click on Valery and select the "I have two bottles of wine" dialogue option.
But, for that option to appear there is one more condition, as seen in the following code ("У меня есть две бутылки вина" means "I have two bottles of wine" and line 1481 of LERA.rpy is the only place in all game code where it appears, so either you trigger it here or nowhere):

Then select "Call her!" and the threesome will trigger. During the threesome it's very important that you choose "Hold her", and not "Let her go" when Valey is trying to escape from Ruby fingering her. (Maybe you don't have "Talk to Ruby at work" in the Quest Log because you let Valery go? - Basically Ruby will be friend with you only if you are her accomplice in raping Valery...
)After the threesome the Quest Log for Ruby will change to "Talk to Ruby at Work". You go to the sports centre one day in which Ruby works there, click on her and an automatic dialogue will start. After click again on Ruby and select "Ask for a date": now you have Ruby's number on your phone contact list and you can progress with her (dates and tennis).

If you have difficulties in enabling the Console, I created the attached 101-6-LT1.save by just loading your save, setting
lera_boyfriend = 7 from the Console, and saving again.So, if you load from my save you can directly go to Valerie's room, click +1h until time goes to 18:19, and click on Valery: now you have the "I have two bottles of wine" dialogue option.

I have done at least one threesome with Ruby+Valerie via the "I have wine" options, and I did get Ruby's number and called her once, but the number vanished out of my contacts somehow.
I might just start a new run at some point, but I'll for sure use that workaround for the Barbera quest bug.

I seem to be stuck and I cannot figure out why. I cannot enter the Glory Room nor the special Casino room. I have quests for both and meet all the courage requirements. I have no negative status effects on my character. But when I go to either location and wait for time to pass, when the appointed time comes, I have no option to enter either location or talk to the relevant characters to do so.
What can I be missing here? It's gettin really frustrating to meet the Courage requirements and go through all the setup, only to be unable to trigger either location with no idea why not.

Did you use the "skip to new content" option, or did you restart playing from the beginning?
Did you use any cheat, via cheat menu or Console?
