I think u choosed "I don't like girls" when talking with Barb before. Check and change a "barb_rodos" variable, it must be equal to 2, then u can have a dinner with Barb in a lingerie to move a quest further.

Does anyone know where I can find the variable?

i click ignore 3 times and go to other place but it return
