So far, most everybody's getting "raped" in this game, i.e. dubious consent, male and female alike. Protagonist is on both ends of the rapeplay.

Protagonist gets raped. It's not rape-play or anything. Just rape. I won't spoil by whom and when but it happens (at least in my playthrough it happened and I think it is unavoidable).
