margie is the last "customer", fisrt you need to find her at coffee, build some relationship with her, then find her at clothe shop, then convince her to go sport, then you can talk to fred, and accesory make them together or choose the other coach

It took me almost 2 weeks to get it to trigger, it was a bit frustrating. Hope this helps
