Cheat mod was not designed to work on Android from the beginning.

It is your choice if you eg. don’t do the Ruby quest then you don’t see lesbian content or if you work in casino and tell the guy off who gropes you etc .

Use cosmetics and parfume (you can buy cosmetics at your neighborhood supermarket, parfume at an online store), use the solarium and buy a pastry at Patiserie.
But you should realize that all this gives only a temporary effect.
