I think almost nothing can be achieved without dicks, unless you use cheats, because courage points are essential to progress in the story and most of them cannot be achieved without dicks.
The same goes for money: without accepting money for sex with males... it's neverending making the money you need to progress. Unless you cheat.
BUT cheating might lead you to skip some content, if you increase your courage points or your money too fast...

I agree with you that it's not possible to play the game without Alex having sex with guys. But I have done playthru's where Alex doesn't sell sex and I've done it without cheating.
I have done no sex work at all, no actual sex (Alex still did cam work), and am now doing a playthru where Alex sticks to her supposed standard of not showing her face (no sex with the trucker or the casino customers).
That's interesting. So how did you make the money? Just work at the bar and at the casino but refusing the customer, and not asking for "special job" in poker room?
Wasn't it *very* slow to collect the needed money compared to the sex worker route?
Also that exclude all the contents related to Mistress, am I correct?
Do you mean that in this second playthrough you let alex do sex work at gloryholes?

Alex doesn't do any sex work in the poker room. She just witnesses the humiliation of her friends sister. BTW I find it entirely unconvincing that Alex wouldn't tell her best friend about her sister's troubles. Withholding that kind of information from Barbara and Valerie could break their friendship. I regard it as a major plot hole in the story.
It does take a lot of grinding to make the necessary money without sex work but it is possible. And yes it does exclude the Mistress, something I don't mind at all because I dislike the Mistress character.
In fact I did three playthru's
The first where Alex did no sex work, the second where Alex only did no contact sex work, nude modeling and camgirl.
Finally the third that I'm currently doing where Alex never shows her face. This playthru is consistent with Alex's stated preference that she doesn't want it known that she's doing sex work. That the dev has added scene's where she does show her face seems to me a contradiction and a major flaw in the story, given that Alex continues to state that she doesn't want her face seen then goes off and fucks the trucker or the gambler without hiding her face.
So in the first Alex did not work as a camgirl?
Does this mean that basically she did nothing in the latest update? If I remember correctly, in latest update the only new content is cam-girl content, am I right?

I haven't reached that part in that playthru yet, but it's not a problem for me. I will often skip one or two updates before I download

guess he is aluding to the Bug with the Camgirl quest, that it goes in an endless loop till you pass the new content (anyway don't interact with Barbara in the Kitchen at Saturday or all start over again, due to this you can buy infinite masks and Dildo and Stapons)
*Edit if you already have done the quest and you have the "Studio in the shelter" also the Items you buy will be shown in the inventory till you use them so if you bought the Mask, you have 2 till you use one , and the questlog shows talk to Barbara about the studio even if you have it already.
If by "full save" you mean a save at the end of all v0.98 contents, here you are.
If you mean at any other point, let me know at which point and I'll look in my saves if there's something which might interest you.

Can anyone tell me what I've screwed up or if it's a bug.
After starting a new game
I have the medical certificate and need to go to the "hall of fame" on Wed /Fri 21:00.
When I get there which is the same thing as the Room of Glory iirc, I just get stuck in an infinite "I'll come later" loop.
Courage is way up (36), enough for the event, spoken to Paris before etc. Haven't met the mistress though, I can't remember if that was before or after.
