Yes.

It needs a bit of a set up and can be a bit inconvenient to start with but it is possible to play 100% lesbian.

May need to check a guide but there are a handful of events you can go through to build lesbian points. You'll need to save scum transport until you build agility to avoid forced blowjob scenes and you'll also need to avoid the flyer quest line.

It's been a few updates since I played and at the time there was only 1 woman you could start an actual relationship with but there are plenty of scenes with other women too.

Nothing can be as bad as Pandora's Box 1 & 2, you needed to suck the entire 10 blocks of hobo population to get enough points to kiss your lesbian best friend.

Min-maxing is fine for me, as long as I don't have to deal with the almost always default bf/husband and random BBCs the devs feel compelled to make unavoidable in 99,99% of FMC games. Downloading now, will try blind first time, see if I can Neo my way between all the dicks.
