Use cosmetics and parfume (you can buy cosmetics at your neighborhood supermarket, parfume at an online store), use the solarium and buy a pastry at Patiserie.
But you should realize that all this gives only a temporary effect.

Sadly I'm only getting to 76 with all of that, the only time I get above 76 is when I'm working at the casino for some reason.

I found the pastry very costly.
If I remember well, 200 for a one time boost.
Good perfumes cost more, but can be use several times.
Cheaper way: suntan at the quarry. Cost nothing except some time. You can suntan a few days in a row and the bonus will add up (I think I reached at least a +9). And if you are lucky, after going the earlier possible (11 A.M.), you may encounter Barbara at the quarry and can suntan with her a second time in the same day.

You have more charm in the casino because the uniform gives you more points than the street clothes (you can always click on the points to see a summary of everything).
Unfortunately, there are not many clothes that increase your charm easily, so you have to grind a bit.
Often you only have to do it once, for example I remember that to get the job in the casino Alex needed 65 charm and I had to use the solarium, but then you can have less than 65 and they let you work anyway(although the hourly wage goes down if you have less charm).

With the cinema date, I found it completes when Ruby randomly suggests going to the cinema , instead of the MC choosing it.

Hello. I noticed my relationship level with Valerie is 175 and with Barbara, it's 92. I'm wondering if there is some advantage to increasing them any higher, or if it's a waste of time. Was also wondering if Ruby is the only female love interest. I can't find anything on either of these.

Yep. Dialogs are similar, but in Russian it's way more "taisty" so to speak. Maybe it's my imagination or it is because ru is my 1st lang who knows.

I play the version v0.99.2.5. Colleague above said that without cheats for money to play ==>"hardcore". I would say it's way faster. The old guide says that you need 5>= mood and if you play for the first time is unclear where to get it to get a job in a cafe, because with a starting index you will not be hired to work in a cafe. Beginners will understand my confusion. Perhaps not everyone likes the atmosphere of undiscovered, so I'll put a hint under the spoiler.
