Curious about playing game for a while now but I just wanted to ask, can you only romance one character then get locked out from everyone else? or can you romance everyone (aka a harem route).

This is honestly one of the best adult games I've played. Characters look great, animations are good, the plot/story is pretty darn good for an adult VN, and the dialogue is not terribly translated or misgendered like a lot here. Couple of typos here and there but not bad. Even the sandbox elements that seems a lot of people aren't liking lately seems fairly straight forward. It didn't seem overly hunt around/click/wait etc like some are. It felt intuitive. Great job dev!

How do we "talk" with her at the beach ?

Okay I have been searching badly for the same and I found it. You have to finish the bathroom scene with bonnie after the main concert with alice. Then you just wait outside your house and skip the time until Tanya texts asking for a spot to suntan. And it follows.

how do you do that? when I got that scene it didn't let me, it said relationship is too low. How do you get that up?

If we are talking about the main storyline, it is more or less finished. The side plots, is unfinished, so I personally suspect that we may have version 1.0 fairly soon, but there is also the possibility of some DLC or version 1.01

1) make up + rain on the highway at 14:00~18:00 ( not sure if the time range is biger )
2) from house : left left left mid , no rain , at the days shown , 12:00~15:00 , change to a swimsuit , click on the nudes copple
3) i dont renmber if it go to your work (cufe) at 10 or is it go to the hosspitel
4) ruby house is at downtowne then go to the place with the baker , 14:00~18:00

In terms of basic logic, everything should be completed in the next 5-6 updates. That is, by the beginning of spring next year. Perhaps even earlier. Some of the plot branches (for example, the girl in the library) will probably remain in suspended status. This is my personal opinion, I have no communication with the developer.
But the game is really very close to completion - it's obvious to anyone who has gone through it.
