Not as it was. They reduced amount of grind. Where you needed to do 12 or so lessons, now you need to do only 5 etc. Money and food items you can always cheat.

Personally I find the grinding too much for a replay every each minor release. There have been several minor releases, and even if technically the new releases don't break old saves (meaning that loading an old save on a new release the game doesn't crash nor gives you any error message), still the quest log doesn't get updated properly and some new content is unlockable if you run latest release from an old save.

To see just the few new content I just cheated following the instructions I've found on this thread.

Since the game should be near its completion, I suggest you to wait for the final release and replay from scratch.
The grinding is still there, but it should be less than what you are used to if you played years ago.

Besides in most minor releases some bugs are fixed and other bugs sneak in.

I hope that when the Dev is satisfied with the story and contents at last, he will spend his coding efforts on debugging only.
That's the only way to deliver a bug free product.

As any programmer knows, any new feature is the entrance door for new bugs as well.
(Besides, breaking backward compatibility is annoying for the audience)

I don't know if it' guaranteed, but I did it every time and never had any issues. Didn't cheated anything else, as variables, relationship points or other stuff.

Cheats with money, sexual tension are built into the game by the developer. That is, they will not affect the game. In the cheat mod you can without fear, change the weather, relieve headaches, hunger and depression, prevent MC pregnancy. The rest of the variables - courage, rhetoric, etc. I highly recommend you do not touch. As experience shows, it is fraught with unpleasant consequences (for example, in the form of softlock).

For the first screenshot yes; if you do anymore with that part it will end the game. For the second, no. Looks like your missing the whole online cam-girl part which starts with Barbara and the gym part that starts with Fred. You have to buy a dress and mask from downtown and go back to Barbara at night. For Fred, you are probably at the part where you find him clients for the gym. Search this form using "gym" and should find the list of those that will go to the gym. If I remember correctly that includes Barbara, the daughter's boyfriend, and the guy from the bar. You could advance quite a bit with those two arcs; you missed some stuff by not pushing those two parts forward.

I have already setup the cam studio and bought everything required.
For Fred, I have gotten him clients and resolved his relationship with his old GF. Right now I can't even talk to him anymore.

Yeah... This game is quite buggy, and the quest log is the buggiest part of it.

Many times the hints say to do something you can't do anymore because you already completed that arc.

That's because the Dev didn't implement an automatic management of the hints, so he must add and remove items to the hint array at the right time by explicitly coding a line. And since the game is sandbox, this way of coding is very error prone and difficult to test.
He may have tested it by doing the arcs in 10 different orders, but there are 100s (if not 1000s) possible orders, so it's impossible to test them all.

By the way, did you start your game from scratch on current release, or did you load a save you made with a previous release?

Version 0.95 was released at the very beginning of 2023.
However, the OP clearly states:
Saves from previous versions to 0.98 are not supported. Version 0.98 appeared here at the end of June 2023. Do you remember which version's saves you used?

They are not supported meaning that using them on newer releases will cause the game either to crash or at least to pop up a non-blocking exception (gray screen that can be skipped by clicking on "Ignore").

But I've been told by another player that even using saves from v0.98 or superior on a newer release - even if not triggering any formal error message - can cause the quest log to malfunction, so he suggested me to restart from scratch.

Since minor releases are monthly or so, I restarted from scratch only when v0.98 came out.

My quest log was "clear" at the end of content just once (probably that one time in which I played from start to end v0.98 using only saves made with v0.98).

All the other times, some hint remained in the quest log even after completion.
E.g. Talk to Fred even when I found the clients for him and the only option clicking on him is "I'll come later".
The same goes with "keep practicing with Falsetto" or "meet Barbara at work", etc, after those arcs are completed so no more action is possible.

I just cheated on money, weather, hunger, and things like that, and never on relevant stats like courage, rethoric, etc.

Tried to reproduce your experience on the windows version. None of the above happened. I did not proceed with the game (waiting for the final version), most likely it's some bugs of android port. Do you have a chance to run the game on PC?

The "Strength of Impact" parameter has been completely removed. The cake that temporarily increases this parameter now increases Inspiration. In the gym, you can now pump up only Strength.

I don't precisely know, but for sure I smell incompatibility with older saves... Maybe not in the sense that the game will crash or give you an explicit error message, but probably some sort of soft lock.

Time to force everyone to restart from scratch... Again. I think I'll just pass until v1.0

Hoping that if v1.1 ever comes out it will be purely bug fixing and/or adding content, but please Kosmos, stop changing the architecture!
