Personally I find the grinding too much for a replay every each minor release. There have been several minor releases, and even if technically the new releases don't break old saves (meaning that loading an old save on a new release the game doesn't crash nor gives you any error message), still the quest log doesn't get updated properly and some new content is unlockable if you run latest release from an old save.I haven't played this for years the grind must be ungodly to get to new content
To see just the few new content I just cheated following the instructions I've found on this thread.
Since the game should be near its completion, I suggest you to wait for the final release and replay from scratch.
The grinding is still there, but it should be less than what you are used to if you played years ago.
Besides in most minor releases some bugs are fixed and other bugs sneak in.
I hope that when the Dev is satisfied with the story and contents at last, he will spend his coding efforts on debugging only.
That's the only way to deliver a bug free product.
As any programmer knows, any new feature is the entrance door for new bugs as well.
(Besides, breaking backward compatibility is annoying for the audience)
