It takes some time to get there. There is a futa/trans on a whore street that the MC can pay to use her and when the MC becomes a whore herself, her boss will be a futa/trans. There are many scenes with her boss. (There is no true futanari with both sex in this game)

A nice looking game with some pretty impressive stuff, especially the UI, which displays the MC's mood, needs and desire. There is the obligatory cell phone and numerous inventory items, including wardrobe and sexy collectibles. I enjoy Female protagonists in games, and found the MC to be a real cutie.

Unfortunately, the praise ends there for me. The complex UI becomes more of a distraction as the game progresses and you will find that the left side of your screen will be cluttered with numerous character reminders. The game is also quite the grind and may become more of a chore to play than an actual enjoyable experience. The English translation is also shaky and needs improvement.

You can clearly see that the Dev put a lot of dedication and hard work into the making of this game. However, it feels like the Dev may have gotten a bit too creative, and may have been better suited keeping things simpler, with less moving parts.

I wish the dev all the best with this project. It shows a lot of promise.

Yeah, it can be a bit grindy to unlock certain content. Thankfully the inclusion of a cheat option helps a fair bit.
If it wasn't for the rockstar path, I probably wouldn't bother playing it.

Yes. Download v0.99.6 compressed, then download v0.99.6.1 hotfix, and use it to patch your v0.99.6 compressed...

It seems that even 0.99.6 compressed is patched with hotfix... I downloaded it, in hope to obtain no hotfix version again, to restore xmas outfit, but it didn't come back, so I guess it's infested with that hotfix as well

Looks like Kosmos forgot the "else:" clause on the Xmas costume command on the phone, so once you turn it off you can't turn it back on.

Find in the attached zip my little hotfix for the hotfixed v0.99.6.1

Just copy the "PHONE.rpy" from my zip to your "game" folder.

WARNING: use on Bright Past v0.99.6.1 ONLY

This meaning that if you download the game from here:
1) you download v0.99.6 (either uncompressed from the OP or compressed)
2) you download v0.99.6.1 hotfix and you use it to patch your v0.99.6 to v0.99.6.1
3) you copy "PHONE.rpy" from my zip to your "game" folder

The official hotfix v0.99.6.1 by the Dev (Kosmos) solves a few bugs, and provides the command (in the phone under "Settings") to turn the Xmas costume off, but not to turn it on again.

If, after the hotfix, you copy "PHONE.rpy" from my zip attached here to your "game" folder and restart the game, you will have in the phone/Settings the command to turn on the Xmas costume if it's turned off.

Keep in mind weeks don't necessarily mean you have progressed a given goal far enough to trip the next part. A goal can last months in game time or days depending on how fast your do each goal. Now could be the cheat mod as well, but I think depending on what you currently have to do, try progressing them some more then check back to see if the computer pops up. After 0.97 I restarted from the beginning so my saves would be good moving forward and I didn't have an issue tripping the computer ad. But it did seem to take longer than I remembered from playing through the first time.

Anyone who has completed everything still show a goal of "spend more time with Valerie" after this last update? I had completed everything up to the last update except missing a few cards. This showed up again when I downloaded the new version and I can't seem to figure out how to make it complete. FYI my save is post 0.97 and I have not used a cheat with this save/playthrough.

No, it is not, the compressed version is still v0.99.6 (you can even see the links and archive say v0.99.6 ) , I added the hotfix separate and you have to download it and add the hotfix yourself. I mean I should know since I compressed it and posted it.

If you used the hotfix it is tied to your save file.

But i encountered this error even before, in version 0-99-5, without using those two mods too. I attach the save file with the screen that produces the error.

I loaded your save with v0.99.6.1 and I just clicked on Penelope, I had a lewd scene under the shower, and then the "back" blue round button appeared in the bottom left corner, and clicking on it I exited the shower room and continued the game regularly...

Even with the cheats mod installed it feels way to grindy to get any type of content. I love the visuals but cant enjoy it without knowing what to do exactly.

Ok, didn't knew it infests save files, so since there was no change, I thought it's updated and just forgotten to rename and .1
