If you can't see her in Smartbucks, it looks that you missed the one-time interaction inside the clothes shop in the Mall at 2-3pm, same days, needed for the actions on the Tennis Court and inside Smartbucks which are repeatable. Did you have this "shopping help event" with her?
I'm 99% sure I had that event where she pick up dress. But it was first game week and it was early morning like it has been earlier versions of game. Is there another event in clothing store?
There are three one-time events with an exhibitionist couple possible when arriving at or moving to Pearl Beach. Conditions are simple, 9am to 8pm, no finished vocal lesson today, no rain. The events will be triggered early in the vocal lesson process, when having vocal quality from 0 to 6 but higher values should work too.
