OK, this is a bug. Thx for reporting and enduring. But there is hope. Talk to Tanya in the dorm in the morning, weekday, between 7am and 8am. Also between 8 and 9am in front of the college (mouse over sprite shadow). Both times make no sense, this event should be possible in the evening or during the weekend only. ... Followup: after the sleepover there may be another bug. You have to find Bonnie and Tanya in the College but you will just detect their mouse-over shadow again. CLick on it to get the teacher job.

There must be a variable you can change that will give the missing achievements, but somebody else will have to tell you which ones to change.

Your parameters suggest to help Amanda and Paris in the Arctic first. Redress there at a weekend before 3pm and get to work. The possibility to help Paris should pop up too later on.
You need to have endured the Ryder kidnapping and the nightly walk through the park before. The scene with White starts more or less automatically then.
Hm, i can't remember what was the requirement for ryder event but i vaguely remember i saw it many versions before. If you are talking about night park molestation i, m sure i done that but i was probably using someones save because saves were not working some months ago with reworked versions. Any console code tp trigger those requirements or hint on what should i do to trigger them?
