Old saves works perfectly fine for me. The only inconvenience is the broken NCPs list and I can't trigger new events
For now the only good thing about this "update" is built-in cheat menu. Time to grind again.

edit: Courage cheat works with "delay". You have to change location/room to see the new proper value.

Here you a have a preview of built-in cheat menu. I'm also using a second one from your post for charm and much faster arousal.

Until someone shares an updated save, you need to start a new game and go to the second button at the bottom right corner, to get the new content.

Make sure you start a new game. On the other hand it didn't work for me. I couldn't trigger new events.

I think that I found a bug already in your update (0.98), wich means, that I can't find the vape-body anywhere - I can purchase the liquid at the bookstand (busstop), but this damn thing is nowhere to find...

now that I don't have the vape-body anymore - no: all my previous archivements are gone (such as deepthroat- or anal-skills etc.), when I take the chance to skip to the last content...I have to start a new game to get all these "little" things back again - very dissapointing!!!

Got MC raped in the park and the message says get morning after pills in the pharmacy yet it's not on the map and hospital doesn't offer any help. Game must be based in the Deep South

I had the same in the new game but she didn't fall pregnant ; anyway If the Rose Street gets unlocked you can go there and buy Anticonceptive emegency pills (Pharmazie)

Well Now because of the rape, the MC is too stressed to work so I can't progress the "molly" shit so can't get rose street unlocked so can't get anti depressants.
Fucking stupid game mechanic and now a few hours of gameplay lost.

Need help with Paris. I've searched this forum loads. I used the cheat to jump to the latest content and Paris is in the office (Chief) with her Dad.
All it says for the quest is "Get to know with Paris". I can't talk to her or see her anywhere else on the map, including the Red Light District.
And I have been working on the weekends too at Arctic Cafe.

I've reached the end of this update. Over 6h. I scratched ctrl key. It's is hard to write something positive about this version. It can easily be referred as "technical update ". Great disappointment in content section. Even worse, some content have been

If you are playing new version, use built-in cheat console to reduce stress level. Rose Street will be unlocked after the event with Jane, redhead waitress.
