Is it still that one small scene that occurs once?

There are two small events after midnight (you need to drink a lot of beers constantly during the day. Many days to get addicted):
- Valerie scene in her room. (get drunk with beer or wine in the bar)
- Street scene with unknown guys (get drunk with vodka or whiskey in the bar).

you can find her at coffee shop at 3.00pm and 11.00am on tennis court on wednesday and weekends

so just to clarify, i replayed and completed everything else again but the basement key event. ive tried daily for couple weeks but this time there's no guy trying to sell axe. i think i might mess something up earlier in the game when there's no axe event yet but i clicked the dustbins out of order. help?

im at 40, but pretty sure there's more since i didnt get the jane rainy event and something else. on how to gain courage point, there's alot of same thing being asked and answered in this thread you can simply search on tips, but basically just keep completing quest.
