you download the file, you copy it, you paste it into the /game folder, which is in the main folder where you click the file to play the game, so like /brighton-city-empire-v0-06-fatality/game/<your file here>
The update just hit CEO level supporters today so i would assume at least few weeks, or maybe more. You can always go and check the patreon even even just to read the titles of posts.

You know, it's games like this that really make me think the Big Tits tag should have some expansion to it. Add some new tags like, "Balloons" or "Airbags" or "Emergency Floatation Devices" to more accurately inform those what they are actually getting
