After you get some slaves you will unlock the Blacktail Market quest, there is one male npc there called Luxe. To unlock slaves you need to follow through Socket's quest line until you can upgrade your cell. Socket will arrive at the station somedays after the game starts, you will be notified and can find her in the engineering room next to Alex.
I like the idea of level scaling, beforehand once you hit around level 10 or so you basically became untouchable which took a lot of fun out of the fights.
The answer is violence. Attack the NPC and loot the pill.
When you launch the game there should be an option to browse mods kinda towards the bottom right of the screen.

I can't fuck the Junkies I beat up? That takes away half the motivation for going into it the Drug Den in the first place.
Honestly, letting the player customize the rewards and challenge in the dungeon is the right play, maybe sex is only an option if you turn them on the a certain level before defeating them, offering them drugs to use them (or get used for those folks who are into that)
If you preform cunnilingus on a character you can get covered in girlcum when they cum which you can then use the shower upgrade in the lab to wash it off to collect it...or alternatively you can give your character a vag and get milked for it which you can only do once a day.
Yeah it's a bit tedious but hey what can you do, maybe in a future update they'll make it a bit easier to get it or someone makes a mod
Setting caps it at 100% so parts will always feel things.

I cranked it up to 50. Seems pretty good, though it can make robbing the medical closet tedious with extra nurses in the way.
