How do you collect girlcum outside lab?

Besides of what people said so far, the lab shower and using a bottle to take the fluids that are over your character. After you progress a bit with the lab assistant quest, you will be able to bring your slaves to lab to be harvested there. I don't know how much training they need though. Go to your cell, slaves, pick one, leash and walk the slave to the Eliza's desk.

when you launch the game, go to option and to activate mods. close and restart the game and you should have a menu for mods and download them click on "mod browser". (check if some mods are updated)

Yes, removing an NPC does make new ones spawn in. It does take some time, though, from my experience.

You will need to get the fluids from used preservatives, milking machines or washing them from the character's body. Once they are in a container, go to your inventory and transfer the fluids to a dildo, equipe it and have fun with the slaves.

Also, I think if you have fluids in the character mouth or other holes, when the slave gives a kiss or licks it, there is a chance for of the slave swallow the fluid. I'm not 100% sure about this one, but using the dildo works.

Has anyone used the Race Bonus Mod Plus? I'm considering it, but I'm not sure about the forced obedience for canines.

I have, and even grabbed the sharks and bunny mods too. So far I've only played as a demon. The bonuses are additive so don't expect to delete people with sexual prowess, at least not more than usual. Despite what the bonuses say its been hell trying to get pregnant. I let 16 different people train me while I was ovulating with breeder pills and no luck. I swear if my character is infertile...
Dragons are painful to fight normally since they get enough armor for a 75% damage reduction and deal double damage, and if you don't match their sexual preferences you're screwed. Same with sharks if you mod them in to a worse extent. The reasons why I use lust damage in dungeons.
The bonus stats humans get are unnoticeable after level 5, but having a quick study sounds nice.
I don't think I've seen a dog miss, but I haven't tried out hypnosis on them either.

One an semii-related note, I noticed a quirk with dungeons where equipping gear with stat bonus also let you grow that boosted stat drastically. Eg. Ring of triumph lets your agility balloon to that of a pro boxer, essential when dragons who all do 80+ damage when blocked swarm level 20+. Be careful with underwear as you can loose them if they're taken off by enemies before you pass out.

it seems it endless. So and enemy scaling is exponential after some levels. On level 15 typical junkie have around 400 HP.

I can't even get the drug den to work. Keeps saying I can't start it with portal panties on. I hadn't even talked to Alex once. I tried doing the quest for it and then removing them at the end and giving them to alex and drug den still says I have them on.
