Well, do the drug transformation mission (proceed with Eliza's quest), where you will force collect the drugs from anyone in the prison, then after capturing the drugs, bring to Eliza and will be given a choice to try the drug on yourself or someone, before they scan you for the affect after transformation
the transformation system also has a secondary system to it where you can cure yourself of all your transformations no matter how extreme so long as they havent been made permanent. this is even an option in the settings for forced permanent transformations in case you dont want a particular bad 5 minute run of things to permanently alter your character

foreplay will often also lower resistance and if the partner is interested in boobs, butts, ect in particular said foreplay will make them more aroused and you can make them climax without fcking them

when i began the game i turned off the hybrid option on my character but some did gave birth to a hybrid like the charaters added through datapacks and i added some fertility skills does that make hybrid kids???
and for nova sub training mod when i click "breed her" it says "ERROR:No vagina" yest the "fuck her" works fine any idea how to fix that???

Unless it changed in the more recent versions yes you can but you are expected to do a lot of subby stuff for story and rank up reasons.
Which supposedly will change; given the proclivities of the target audience, I have my doubts.
that's the real mood-killer for a lot of these games. sure you can be dominate at times but the game and/or the story REALLY wants you to be submissive like the hypnosis stuff, you might want the ability to use that stuff on people but even without getting past the first iteraction with the hypno guy (and getting the shitty hypno-googles) i can just tell your character is gonna get bent over for whatever reason
at least the mutation stuff gives you the option to just avoid the special events
Game dev really really doesn't seem to think people play with female NPCs only. A lot of things get overlooked for that dynamic. You can actually softlock by having a slave owner that wants to gangbang you because the game appears to look for NPCs with dicks. So you just walk around the station for eternity. Some will give tasks to be creampied which is also impossible with only female NPCs. In addition, while male/futa NPCs with breeding others fetishes will always cum inside if given the opportunity, female NPCs with the fetish of being bred will randomly decide to pull out. Nearly all bodywriting written on the PC assume the PC is female. Female NPCs can't give tallymarks to their subs.

If you play female only there doesn´t happen a lot either actually. Maybe I needed to change a lot of options in the world generation? But as a newbie I didn´t know what any of that means.
And if you go full bonk build nothing can beat you in a fight ever. And I only get approached by other inmates every 3rd day too. So unless you go on a rape-train yourself, you don´t see much mature content in this game (aside from the quests. They are pretty well made!)
So I am fully with you that it is confusing about the major premise is on being "in danger" in a prison / sub type setting while there is literally no threat at all.

i wish it was possibile to turn off dynamic personality for slaves like you can for the player character, but i guess the personality system leaves a lot to be desired in general
I believe there should be an implementation of virginity, or at least a mod to this game. It was already done for Tavi, which means there might be a way to add it for the MC and wandering NPCs. Maybe through module flags or adding a new kind of tightness to both Vagina and Anus body parts.

For the bounties, is Attacking the inmate the only way to get the strange pills from them? It's kinda odd to just beat them up then casually tell them that "big boobs are nice" a few moments later to raise their affection, only to beat them up again the next day for another pill cuz rng somehow has it in for that poor lilac.
