While I generally agree with and why I avoid Milfs most of the time as my main route unless I like the character or it's a mother / son incest game. Grace for me just doesn't bother me like other Milfs even with her proportions I actually for some reason find it attractive on Grace. All the while I do not on alot of other characters with similar proportions. Plus helps Grace is a great character.
You could go with that and I can see the charm in it. Storywise Grace is the only "milf" that is actually a few years older than the MC and there is history, chemistry and dynamic in it's own in the dialogue between MC and Grace. Plus her kid is fun. Calling the MC "old man" with them sly eyes and witty dialogue, I had a blast seeing all that. It is one of the exceptions as you mentioned above that I can tolerate without any prejudice. But taking into consideration that MC went undercover against a criminal Syndicate called the "Syndicate" like in the "Almost Human" TV series with Karl Urban, I made the (moral) choice of not involving the MC with a woman that has a little kid in order not to make them potential targets for my enemies. Considering that all close to the MC are potential targets, I went after the Florentino sisters. Both gorgeous and to my liking proportion wise, but also considerably well protected, plus the Florentinos (Tess and Gabriel) are in the loop, cause their family is part of the mob front (so called city elite) that has undergone considerable public "transformation" from dirty to washed money probably and "legal business"... Plus they are actually funding the MC on the side constantly each month. It makes sense aligning with them story wise and it comes natural... it has a lot of background also. MC and the elder brother Rick, MC mother Noir and Tess, MC father Liam and Gabriel are also old buddies. So I went with them...

I respect your choice... but the Vasilevs family is connected to the Syndicate somehow... Plus Brie is a wild card (often rude with no good reason and somewhat out of line and unstable, though that may appeal to some people)...and meeting with that Vanessa chick in the bar which is actively participating in the Syndicate and screwing the police on every step (myself being actual detective just pisses me off even further) while MC was talking to Sancho... man.... that girl is in for a shit storm of trouble, Brie I mean. So that girl is trouble, not worth it when taking into consideration all pros and cons... She is a fun option though, I can agree to that but not a time bomb I want near me going off out of nowhere cause of anger issues or some other shit.

A few of each type... enough to make my own conclusions, without being too much of a fool to step in the same shit twice or trice under different circumstances. I am not counting one night stands and booty calls cause they are in their own cathegory. No need to hit the trenches being under siege by that kind of a woman that much is certain. My ex was somewhat of a time bomb and it blew after 5 years and one kid between us not counting the minor or secondary explosions along the way that were on a regular basis. Now I am happily married second time to a much more safer "time bomb" that I can control and defuse on time if needed, which is a predictable feature... So no need to go through that much women. You can invest only in so much women before you run put of time for something worthwhile. Having serious relationships is a time - consuming thing. I studied most of the women without engaging in serious affairs with them besides the casual one on ones. Those that I managed to invest time in varying from several months to a couple of years were not that much - probably 7 or 8 for period of 20 years. All in between was a much safer bet. But there is a moment when you have to make up your mind.... Do you want to be a family man or not... So I went with door number 1 twice already. And I managed to have.my fair share. I am not telling that I am not tempted to simply go back to my old ways but priorities change as life progresses... So it is where I stand right now.
